Subject	Receipt number not generated for the Property Tax Paid using BBMP Internet Facility and unable to make further tax payment for 2011 onwards
Complaint / Requirement	Dear Sir/Madam, I have paid the property tax for the year 2009-2010 online through the Corporation bank gateway using Citibank Credit Card (ending with 8929). However, when I try to pay for year 2010-2011, the system gives an error stating that "The property tax for 2009-2010 has not been paid yet". Also, the system shows that no tax has been paid for 2009-10 when I use the facility "Know Your Paid Tax Details" in the BBMP website. The bank transaction details for the payment for year 2009-2010 is as follows: Date: 17-Aug-2013 Bank Transaction Number. : 201308170550937 Application Number (2008 – 09) : 3043388 Application Number (2009-10) : 091028869005 Amount : 5560.00 Please help in resolving this issue so that the payment details for the year 2009-2010 are updated in the tax records of BBMP and that I can make payment for the remaining years.
