My previous complaint is: FMS/CMT-0962. I got your response "As, a public has raised an issue regarding the BBMP office at Bommanahalli for inconvenienced faced during the payment of Property tax i request the concern Trainer to notify the issue to the concerned BBMP department. As we are only taking care of Financial Management System and not the Property tax Payment."
Can you please tell me what should I do next? Should I wait for someone to contact me or do you want me to contact someone? If this site is not the right place for this complaint, can you please guide me to the right site?
Cut pasting my complaint again: On 22 Jun 2013, I paid Rs.446 as property tax for the year 2013-2014 for my property in Akshaya Nagar, Yalenahalli. I made the payment at Begur BBMP Ward Office.I was given a blue colored receipt with Application No: 582010464 (attached with this complaint). But they did not give me the Original Computer Receipt. I have been going to the BBMP office for last 1 month to collect it. But I am being told many excuses like "It is not ready yet", "Your application Number has changed to a new one". Till date, I have still not been given the receipt. I have already gone to the office for this purpose 6-7 times and the person in charge is not meeting up with me.
