Complaint / Requirement	On 22 Jun 2013, I paid Rs.446 as property tax for the year 2013-2014 for my property in Akshaya Nagar, Yalenahalli. I made the payment at Begur BBMP Ward Office. I was given a blue colored receipt with Application No: 582010464. But they did not give me the Original Computer Receipt. I have been going to the BBMP office for last 1 month to collect it. But I am being told many excuses like "It is not ready yet", "Your application Number has changed to a new one". Till date, I have still not been given the receipt. I have already gone to the office for this purpose 6-7 times and the person in charge is not meeting up with me. As, a public has raised an issue regarding the BBMP office at Bommanahalli for inconvenienced faced during the payment of Property tax i request the concern Trainer to notify the issue to the concerned BBMP department.

As we are only taking care of Financial Management System and not the Property tax Payment.
