Subject Payment of property tax at bbmp Bommanahalli

For almost 3 weeks now I have been trying to pay my property tax at bommanahalli bbmp and I get no response there. they just keep sending me from one room to the other. finally I managed to get one person to give me the amount reqd., I made the DD and returned and again no one accepts it. I cannot pay online. This is very frustrating. All the rooms there are empty.

As a public has raised an issue regarding the BBMP office at Bommanahalli for inconvenienced faced during the payment of Property tax i request the concern Trainer to notify the issue to the concerned department. As we are only taking care of Financial Management System and not the Property tax.
