In Receipt username and password is not open in gandhinagar division.
Help desk contacted the trainer and got in contact with the user who's user name was not opening. And resolved the issue by assisting the user to login with the correct password.
As the user had got confused with the user name of epaeegandhinagar and epeegandhinagar which is not at all issued to that particular office address. The user name issued so far is only epfdagandhinagar which is used by data entry operator.
