I paid my property tax using my Citi Bank Credit Card through the Corporation Bank Payment gateway. The payment was through successfully. But When the page refreshed, it didn't provide me with the receipts no / transaction no. The Print option to print the receipt didn't work as well.

I enquired with my Citi Bank and got the confirmation that payment has been approved from citi bank side with the following details.
Transaction Approval Code: 600867 (from Citi Bank Side)
They have asked me to request your office to Claim the transaction (or) cancel the transaction.
Please help me with this and provide me with the receipt number / Internet Application for me to generate the receipt.
