Dear Sir,

This is FARUK PASHA N.M. F.D.A FROM OFFICE OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER, BBMP, MAHADEVAPURA DIVISION, MAHADEVAPURA ZONE BANGALORE - 560048. I AM WORKING IN THIS OFFICE AS CASHIER AND MY NATURE OF WORK IS WRITING CHEQUES OF CONTRACTORS AFTER THE APPROVAL OF THE EXECUTIVE ENGINEER AND HIGHER OFFICERS.

HENCE IT IS REQUESTED TO ISSUE USER ID AND PASSWORD FOR FMS.

NOTE: IN OUR OFFICE JURISDICTION, TOTALLY 8 WARDS COMING NAMELY 54, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, 149 AND 150. THIS IS FOR UR KIND INFORMATION.

The complaint raised through a public requesting for the user name cannot be accepted. And also the user is a cheque writer and want the user name only to fill in the cheque numbers in the payment release for which the access cannot be provided.

Kindly contact the Trainer in the Head office for the issue of user and password. Below is the details.

The user name have been created for the above mentioned user. As per the request user have sent to the Trainer. Please check with Trainer.
