Subject Missing details in Receipt NO: TP/ADTPBOM/05/2012-13/Feb/0153 dated 26-02-2013.
Complaint / Requirement

With reference to above subject, we are entered the details of the 3 DD's (DD no's 839449, 839450, 002270) for Rs 36150 (15000 + 21000 + 150). But in that time web page is hanged when clicking the submit icon.

 

After some time, we are re login, the receipt was generated, but in this reciept there is no details of the DD's we are entered.

Kindly request you to correct the reciept to show the 3 numbers of DD details, & to show the R-Code details.

Please resend file for the details of DD and R-code with the number, amount and bank name branch name. As we are unable to open the document upload with this complaint
