Please scan and upload the transfer letter for your office case worker. without which Technical team cannot provide the user name and password.
Also please provide the details of the case worker in the attached excel sheet with this complaint. |

| The user has sent the scanned copy of Transfer letter as per the request . Therefore, changed the First name of User and updated the account details of the user rdaroarekere. |
