Dear Madam,

I had telephonic conversation with Mr.Shivakumar,, Manager, Revenue Dept. Herohalli regading the issue raise by him for re-set of password. As I came to know from him while generating the receipt in new Computer unable to login on existing password.

I request you to re-set the password and inform to me the same may be inform to him by RR Nagar Zone Pl.
