Subject	Rajakaluve is not fenced
Complaint / Requirement	Storm water drain / rajakaluve near bhairappa garden, banashankari 3rd stage is not fenced for a small stretch. Due to this the area over the drain is littered by public. People throw garbage / urinate on the stone slabs covering the drain. As I am residing in a flat adjacent to the drain, this is highly inconvenient. The stretch should be immediately fenced. BBMP road sweepers do not sweep this area. Many a times they push the dust onto this space.

The same complaint have been posted in BBMP - GPMS Online Help desk. Therefore, resolving this complaint.

In BBMP GPMS online helpdesk, I dont see a single complaint being resolved from the beginning of the year. Hence this complaint should either be solved or kept as un-resolved. Just putting this to resolved is unacceptable.

Dear Sir,

GPMS - FMS application is used by BBMP employees only to enter the Online Receipt . In this Help desk BBMP employees raise their complaint regarding the FMS application or any issues they are facing while putting online receipt and the issue will be resolved by Indiancst Technical team and not BBMP.

Therefore, the public complaints have been added to BBMP GPMS Help desk where only BBMP officer's or Employees are responsible to resolve the issues riased their. And also in BBMP GPMS Help desk the issues listed will be looked by the concerned officer. Their is no such option provided as such the status will show to public as resolved or in progress.
