I have recently obtained a khata update from BBMP, Mahadevapura. The earlier khata I had was CMC khata and was recently updated with new khata number as per request to BBMP office.

When comparing the new khata certificate and extract (attached) to old one, although survey number is included, site number #3 was not included in the new khata. Information in Form 4, shows an address of the property - which includes the site number (#3), but not the survey number (i.e. 39, this is odd because Form 4 for adjacent property owned by my mother includes the survey number 39). Also, when using GIS location of property it comes up as New PID 085-W0095-81. The new khata has the Ward number 85 but does not have any of the latter numbers, i.e. W0095-81 which are supposed to indicate street number and property number. The GIS location shows the property is somewhere else and not in survey 39 location. I am concerned that there might be some error in new PID allocation and GIS location. These review and let me know what needs to be done.

I am trying to understand what all these numbers mean, if my tax payment is for the right property and if my new Khata (extract attached) needs to be corrected to include the site number and corrected new PID information. Kindly advice at the earliest.
