Dear Sir/Madam,

Untill recently I had not paid attention to the amount deducted from the bank account for the property tax i paid online. I had paid the property tax on May 17th 2015 with the following details.

Application No. 890273138

Receipt No. 1516890273138

Transaction ID - 769498575

The amount of Rs. 6673 was deducted from my spouse account twice from ICICI Bank under the two transaction ID

BIL/000769498387/BBMP Property Tax_Re/232696998497

The icici bank says i need to get the refund from BBMP. Please review my case and process the refund at the earliest.
