Our builder had paid property tax for the year 2012-2013 and occupancy date for my flat was 28/04/2013, hence I should have paid property tax for year 2013-2014 onwards, But i was insisted to pay from 2012-13 onwards, many of my flatmates have paid from 2013-14 onwards only. When asked the BBMP office, they are saying there is some mistake. How do I get the refund now.
