With reference to the application # 1946699 and BankRefNo 530164059, I hereby would like to bring to your notice that an amount of INR 2862 has been deducted from my HDFC account while I was paying prperty tax online on 30th May'15 but I was notified as "Failed transaction" and no receipt was generated inspte of the deduction.

Request you to revert back the deducted amount or provide an receipt towards payment of the property tax 2015-16.
