Complaint / Requirement

I  live in USA.  I own an apartment in Elita Promenade: A10-1904

It is a painful process to pay the property taxes every year since I cannot access online system due to unavailability of any of the ID #s (SAS, Old PID or New PID).  We end up requesting favors from people in India at that time to pay the taxes.  


Appreciate if you can get me the PID # so I can pay the taxes online.  I have sent email to bbmpsas@bbmp.govt.in several times, but have not received any response on this.

Likewise, my wife's unit # is:  A10-1903 (Padmini Gupta). 

Also, not sure if relevant office is Konanakunte or Yelachenahalli.
