Subject Missing property when I put application number

Hi, I bought a property through bank auction in 2011 in rajarajeshwari nagar.. I wanted to pay the tax online for this year. When I type the old application number to get the PID it still shows the old owner name. Also when I click on fetch the details, it says missing property.
