For the year 2013-2014 paid the property tax in BBMP office, I am attaching the receipt. 

This year when I was planning to pay the property taxes online it was not allowing me unless previous years propety tax is paid. Though 2013-2014 property tax is paid in online it was not reflecting. So paid from 2013-2016 all three 3 years online. 

Now the issue is 2013-2014 property tax was paid twice. Could you please do the needful.
