Subject: TAX PAID FOR 2014-15 NOT REFLECTING IN RECORDS ON LINE
Hello BBMP,
Kindly be informed that we had paid tax for the year 2014-15 in respect of Property at Khata No.650/654, namely Mr. Upinder Zutshi staying at 70,99 & 71,98, 4th Cross ECC Road, Pattandhur Agrahara, White Field, Bangalore vide Demand Draft No.DD-086370 drawn on State Bank of India ,Bangalore for Rs.8500.00. Accordingly, a computer receipt was also issued showing Net Tax as Rs. 8101.00 and the balance amount as 399.00 to be adjusted this year. The tax was paid at the office of BBMP at Kadugudi under the ARO Office Ward No.693-83 under Tax Collector D.Chandrashekhar. But unfortunately, when checked this time for making the current year payment on line , I am not able to see the payment details of last year( 2014-15) and a pop up is coming saying that we have not paid tax for 2014-15.
I am attaching a copy of the receipt bearing Receipt No.1415711953446 duly stamped & physically collected from your office at Kadugudi(WF) for your ready reference . You are requested to update this details in your system and correct the anomaly at the earliest, so that we can make the payment for the current year 2015-16 without any further delay.
Kindly treat the complaint raised vide No.FMS/CMT-3033 as cancelledas there was a mistake in the recepit attached.PLEASE CONSIDER THIS ONE AS THE NEW COMPLAINT AS A NEW ATTACHMENT HAS BEEN GIVEN AS THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FOR THE PAYMENT MADE DURING 204-15..
