Description : While paying the tax online, my initial transaction was made through HDFC netbanking. This transaction was reported as failed by BBMP website. So I made second transaction using SBI credit card which was accepted. However, my HDFC account has also been deducted leading to double payment. Details of the failed transaction are as below.
