I write to inform you that I paid my property taxes on 28/04/2015, thru www.bbmp.gov.in, using corporation bank credit card No. 4691 3199 9901 3519.  

 However, on receipt of my credit card statement dated 26/05/2015, I find that my card has been debited with amounts of Rs.6690 & Rs.4393, twice.

I enclose herewith the relevant tax paid receipts for your verification.

I request you to immediately probe into the matter and reverse the amounts of Rs.6690 & Rs.4393/- on my card and oblige.
