Dear Sir/Madam,

On 28th April 2015, I have tried to pay property tax online, from my HDFC account, but the transaction failed. (Attached is the transaction failed image). Amount of Rs. 4156 is debited but the receipt had not been generated. I have checked with the bank, but they say that the refund should be processed from BBMP. 

After that i have paid from a different bank account and it was successful. Technically, I have paid twice this year.
