Dear Sir,
I would like to bring to your notice that I Commander Sameep Kunja work in the defence. I bought a Purvanakara builders property. The address is VF-503, Purva Venezia Apartment, CBS, Yelahanka New Town, Bangalore - 560065.
Erroneously, there has been double payment of property tax for the same apartment under two different application numbers i.e 412288460 and 432007722 for the years 2011-12, 2012-13, 2013-14, 2014-15. Therefore. an amount of Rs. 30718/- has been paid in excess. The same needs to be refunded. I have enclosed the property tax paid details as downloaded from your website.
I request you to please let me know how this excess payment can be refunded.
