Dear Sir,

As per the receipt we have of the last tax we paid in 2008-09 with the Application no. 503054, the entry is showing some Mr. Hafroz's name instead of Babu (the original owner).  When we enter the old PID we have (94-192-37), there are 2 entries and both are in that other person's name (Hafroz).  One entry shows our receipt no. 503054 and another entry shows may his receipt no. 351253.

Regarding this I would request you to please rectify the entry which has receipt no. 503054 and allot us the new PID.  I would be glad to hear from your end as soon as possible.
