Dear sir, I have paid Rs 28,640 towards PID no 73-5-15/34, on 27th April 2015, From my SBI Debit card, Through Yes Bank as Gateway. I was not able to generate the receipt  it is also not  showing in the system that the amount is updated. Even it is almost nearing  three months, Though I have registered complaints at bbmpsas@bbmp.gov.in and online complaint form. Till today no responce to My problem, and it is not resolved. I am really worried and do not know where is the moey is gone.How we can trust Yes Bank as Gateway. I am eagar to find an answer. The authourity will investigate and give me response?  Will I get any reply to this problem? I am waiting eagarly. My Banj referance of the  traction is pob: 511706255758 bbmp.
