REspected Sir/madam,

                                I am Rudragowda A patil have paid the property tax two times for the year 2014-2015. The PID Number is 188-W0232-2-11.The amount that I have paid is Rs.4233/- .The transactions took place on april 29 2015 at 10:45 pm and 10:54 pm. For the first transaction ,I didnt get the receipt so paid again. Please let me know the procedure for returns and help me as fast as possible.I have the attached the receipt that i got after for transaction 2.
