Subject Failed transaction ammount not yet credited to my account even after 2 weeks

Hello BBMP Team,

I am writing with reference to a transaction I initiated with BBMP(for house tax payment) on the 30th of May 2015,the transaction was through Net banking with HDFC,the first transaction failed for Rs.2300 and the second transaction went through successfully for the same ammount,however I do not see the ammount credited back to me even after 2 weeks from the failed transaction date,I have already talked to HDFC who suggested I lodge a complaint with you and hence this message.
