 Dear Sir,
 
There was a transaction error while doing online payment from my HDFC account for paying my property tax for 2015. I did the transaction twice, but both the times the transaction failed and i did not receive the receipt. However my account is debited twice.

i have made this transaction on 27th April, 2015, inspite of my repeated email reminder and phone followup, the issue stays unresolved.
