Dear Sir.

I have paid my property tax for my new flat for FY 2013-14, and Fy 2014-15 on 13-06-2014. Attached the manual receipt for the same. I was told that while entering into the system the operator has entered a wrong application number and because of which till now I have not got the computer generated receipt and also my PID number for me to pay this year property tax. My application for the name change has also been pending where as I have paid the necessary fee and filled the application a year back to BBMP official Mr. Krishna Phone no: 9035790318

I have been following with the BBMP official Mr. Kriahna from Doddakamanahalli, Off Bannerghatta road, Sub office under Begur Ward - 192, and everytime i have some or the other reason of his that either he is not in town or some one is getting married or he is on leave. 

I have no ther option to get the receipt and my PID number so that i can pay the Tax, It seems that BBMP official are not bothered at all specially when citizens are willing to pay tax.

I was also told that they have to searh my application with the DD number which was given as payment and it needs to be done from head office or zonal office. Would like to know as does it take one year to track the application ?

Please help me to get the PID number and the receipts so that I can get my name changed and also pay my Property Tax ontime.
