I, Y.S.SUMA have house at no.23, ist cross road, mathrulayout, yelahanka new town ward no 4 bangalore

the PID no given is 004-W0392-2

as per katha certificate i have, the katha no is 271/269/257/176/118/119/23C whwre as the receipt

is showing the katha number as 271/269/257/176/118/119/A/53 which belongs to other person

also, as per your New PID, it is ward- road and house way given. I have next house #24 also in my name, but I do not get PID number

for the same. Pl correct and ssue me a new receipt for tax paid from 2013-14, 2014-15 and 2015-16
