On 24th April, while doing the online payment for the year 2015-16, I got the message that ‘transaction failed’ but the amount has been deducted from my HDFC bank account. I have not received any application no or online receipt.

As confirmed with bank on 11th May the amount has been debited from the account towards P tax- reference transaction no 424143204 HDFC bank.

Since the first transaction failed I tried online payment again and I was succeeded with application no 890126330;

Pl look into and requesting you to revert back the failed transaction amount to my HDFC bank, Jayanagar Branch Acc no 02611000030153, IFSC CODE-HDFC0000261
