I stay in vathur and  visted BBMP office in varthu for tax calculation for my new building.

1. the built area is 2850 sqr foot. it's teanted with RCC.

2. the parking place is 1500 sqr foot teanted parking.

when i loged in bbmp web site for tax payment  it is showing 11,518/- payment

but at BBMP office varthur thier calculation is 16,369.

please  let me know which payment we have  to pay.

NOTE: varthur belongs to F ZONE

            1. Varthur BBMP Office calculating 2 Rs per sqr foot for Teanted area and parking place 1rupee.

           2. BBMP web site calculation is 1.40 paise per sqr foot and 0.70 paise for parking area.
