Dear Sir,

      This is with regard to my property tax. On 27th April 2015 i wantd to make an online transaction for paying my property tax amount for Rs 41,203/-. The transaction came cancelled. On checking my account the money was taken from my account. On speaking to the banker hdfc bank they told me that it is ok as there is a problem with te bbmp vendor machine and the amount would be reversed in my account as i wanted to avail the benefit of 5% discount i went ahead and made another cheque payment for Rs 41,023/- cheque details are Corporation bank , A/c No 16743 Cheque No mentioned in the attached bbmp tax paid reciept amount Rs 41,023/-. After speaking to my bankers on 11th they now tell me that BBMP has received the money and they would have to  instruct them to reverse the same. Details of which are provided below :

 

 

Please do instruct them to reverse. I have already paid the tax receipt is attached in excess , my bank statements showing clearance into your hdfc vendor account. Please do tell them to reverse it.
