Money deducted from my HDFC bank account#10471610002722   (IFSC code : HDFC0001047) but transcation failed for property tax for the year 2014-2015. Please return my paid money.

Second time transaction with same account number is success, hence money deducted twice from my account. I have uploaded two transaction(one failed and other success) bank account statement for your proof.
