Dear Sir,
 
I paid my property tax of Rs16,658/- for financial year 2015-16 through net banking via online on April 25 2015.

The message I received was "transaction successful" however it failed to generate the printed form. and the upon clicking couple of times on print button, the page went blank. The Bank transaction number is 201504251317448.
I tried to search the form, then I received a different message "tax amount not paid" and I had to repay entire Rs16,568/- on same day (25-Apr-2015) to generate print.

I have not received the refund for one transaction till today.
So please refund / reverse the one transaction amount as soon as possible to my credit card.
