Dear Sir/ Madam, 

Subject: Transaction failed and amount debited. Yet to receive refund of Rs.942/-. 

I made a payment against the house property tax on 27th Apr 2015 through online HDFC account. The first payment I made gave me an error that the "Transaction Failed" however my account got debited for the amount of Rs.942/-. I have not got refund of this amount as well from the bank. Failure bank transaction ID is 427163431 towards property tax for 2015-16. I contacted the bank and they have asked me to raise a complaint with BBMP for the refund amount. Can you pls assist me with this query.

I subsequently also paid the property tax one more time and the transaction was successful. Please find the successful transaction payment receipt attached.

I am raising this complaint since I have not yet received refund of my failure transaction amount. 

I tried to call several times but in vain and hence this complaint. Look forward to your assistance.
