BBMP property Tax: Amount deducted from the bank accont,but received a transaction failed message,when contacted the HDFC Bank the following is the message: Further it was observed that the first failed transaction had also got debited to my account thus resulting in double payment of tax for 2015-2016. On taking up the matter of failed transaction getting processed with the bank, i was informed by them as under: HDFC Bank - Ref Complaint no:BANC0515036943 PAYMENT HAS BEEN UPDATED AT THE BILLER'S END. PLEASE LIASE WITH THE BILLER FOR FURTHER CLARIFICATION Application no:483004925. Amount deducated is : 2862. Please let me know how to procced with this refund. Regards, Devi
