Dear Sir,

As per below mail confirmation received from your Gateway, I paid today the property tax of my house - Survey no. - 95/10, Flat no - 407, SLV Rathnagiri Enclave Apartment, Chanasandra, Bangalore-560067.

But I unable to get the tax receipt from online after payment done successfully. Also please find the attachment of my property details as per your record.

Requesting you kindly to issue me the receipt and confirm the payment for the tax paid for the Assessment year - 2015-2016.
