I have purchased a property in 2011. While the name in all documents reflect my name correctly, the name on the property tax document still shows the name of the old owner. I had even brought this up with BBMP officials back in 2011 when they had collected an application letter and related supporting documents from me and assured me of the change to take effect. It has been over 3.5 years now and the name has still not changed. I just noticed while making the property tax payment for 2015-16. This is very concerning and I request your urgent involvement into the matter.
