Double payment due to one failed transaction.

Complaint / Requirement

I tried making payment for BBMP tax on 26-Apr-15 at 6.40PM. Transaction got failed, But money got deducted account.
Reference number provided by bank for the same is 2015042630458604. Bank confirmed payment was made successfully.

Later since the transaction failed, I made another payment on same day at 6.50 and the transaction was successful.
Reference number for the successful transaction is 2015042630458802. I got the receipt from BBMP too.

Please help in getting refund for the failed transaction.

Please let me know if i need to provide additional details.
