Subject Payment receipt not generated but amount is debited to my credit card

HI Team, 

 
I tried paying the property tax online against 2008-09 application # 1754101 for 2015-16 and the transaction showed successful and the amount is also deducted from my credit card. However, the receipt was not generated and even the bank has confirmed the payment is successful and mentioned the transaction code as 007184. Can you please confirm the payment and let me know the details of the receipt no for my records.
 
Details of the bank transaction are as below. If the transaction is not successful, how do i get back the amount that is deducted from my card already as below.
