Complaint / Requirement

I have paid the property tax for the current year and got a message saying transaction Successful and the money has been deducted from my account. However I have not received the receipt for the payment of the Tax.
Hence, I havehave repaid the tax for the this financial year again.

Please let me know how long it would take for the refund to get initialized.

It has been close to 3 weeks now and I have tried calling the officals but I have not received any update as they refrain from answering the calls. They have not answered to the email I have sent and now I'm clueless as to what else i could be doing to get my money returned
