Sir, this is with regard to the payment of property tax for the house mentioned above. I am to inform you that I have paid property tax twice for the year 2009-10 on 01.06.2010 through SBI Credit Card.The payment also reflects in the BBMP accounts also. Since this is a double payment for a single year, the same has to be adjusted for the year 2010-11. I wish to inform you that I have already given a representation for the adjustment the very next day at the branch office. Since no action has been taken in this regard so far, I request you to kindly adjust the double payment treating it as an advance payment for the year 2010-11.The payment made through the SBI Credit Card statement is attached herewith.
