I have paid my property tax of Rs: 2927 for financial year 2015-16 through net banking in online on April 29 2015. I have got a Transaction Failed message after the payment from HDFC Bank. I have not received the refund for the failed transaction till today. I have paid the property tax again on April 30 2015 through online and that transaction was successful and the application no is 890202427. So please refund the failed transaction money as soon as possible to my bank account.
