Dear Sir/Madam,
A double payment has been done on my account for Property tax 2015-2016 since the first transaction failed. But amount got debited for the first failed transaction also.  Please refund the amount of Rs.3900 as soon as possible. Below is the trensaction details from my HDFC bank.
