Dear sir,

 

This is with regard to the double transaction and payment made towards paying my annual BBMP property tax for the year 2015-16.

 

On 25th April 2015, I had tried to make net-banking payment towards paying tax and the transaction completed and the amount Rs 1615=00 was deducted from my HDFC account however the reciept was not generated.I had not noted down the internet application number for this transaction.[hdfc transaction number is

I once again did the transaction and the another payment of Rs 1615=00 was deducted and again no receipt was generated but this time I had noted down the internet application number [890141397] and I complained to BBMP online and they adjusted the second payment against the application number I provided and the property tax was generated.

 

Now still the first payment of Rs 1615=00 which I had done is still not reversed to my account since this is double payment I request you to kindly reverse the amount of Rs 1615=00 to my hdfc account immediately.
