Subject Double Payments from my HDFC Savings bank , for payments made through BBMP Property Tax portal

I was trying to make my property tax payment through BBMP payment portal on 27th April 2015. I tried multiple times , trying to make a successful payment , and it got authenticated with the bank , but the Property Tax site failed with the error " Connection failed with the server" .

I called up the BBMP helpdesk , and they said to try the transaction after some time . I did tried and those attempts also failed. Following are the detailed of the Failed transactions

However, after the above failed transactions/ attempts , I was able to make a property tax payment using my HDFC Debit card , and it was succesful.

I again had called up the BBMP helpdesk, asking for refunds on the failed transaction . They said , that the refund would be made within 5-7 days.

Now it is almost 10 days , and I could see that there are no refunds onto my account.

Could you please look into this , and initiate refund for the above failed transactions.

HI , 

I have not received the payment reversals or could see any action on this complaint. 

May I kindly request the concerned authorities in please looking into this , and help us with the payment reversals.
