I have made online property tax payment for the year 2015-16 on 22nd April 2015.

Application id was not generated for first time though the
payment got deducted from my credit account. Second time Payment got
succeeded and got application id generated.

Below are details of the transactions.

Transaction of Rs.5278(2639.00+2639.00) made on Citi Credit Card XX9118 at
BBMP-PROPRITY TAX COLL on 22nd April 2015.

Request you please consider only one transaction and revert back amount for the
failed transaction.
