On 28th April 2015, I have made BBMP property tax payment online through HDFC Bank net banking with details as follows

SAS 2008-09 Nos          2858954
PID :                              150-W0246-11-404
NAME:                            RAVI AND MEERA HANDIGOL JT
Tax Payment for Year     2015-16

Transactions

HDFC Bank transaction id number  428112259 for Amount Rs:10,441 in respect of  above property
 
After the payment process was completed thru HDFC bank message appeared on your website that the Transaction had failed. 
 
I logged in again and once again made the payment with details as follows

  2. HDFC Bank transaction id number  428112458  for Amount Rs:10,441 in respect of  above property

This transaction also showed the failed transaction message on the screen

Thus I have made two payments for the same property and both showed transaction failed message 

However the said amounts / transactions have been deducted from my HDFC Bank account, even when the message seen by me from the BBMP is as " Transaction Failed."  

I now request you to  rectify and  

1.  Cancel the second transaction and refund the money back thru HDFC Bank
2.   Issue appropriate receipt by mail or through post for the first transaction
