Hi,
I made a payment online, the transaction was unsuccessful however the amount was deducted from my bank account. I waited for 3 working days and later I was adivsed at the BBMP office to make the payment thru cheque on 30th April'15 (to avail the discount) as the online payment had not gone through. Later after 3 more working days, both online payment and cheque payment has gone thru resulting in double payment for 2015-16. Request you to reverse the same.
